Stand Close to the wall (3-5 yards); ball does not touch ground

  • Quick stick – 50 R/50L (no cradle)
  • One hand quick stick- 50 R/50L (no cradle)
  • Quick stick- change hands each time you throw the ball while the ball is in the air- 50 R/50L (no cradle)
  • Both hand catch and cradle- 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
  • One hand overhand catch and cradle – 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
  • One hand underhand flip, overhand catch; 50 R/50L
  • Face dodge- catch-face dodge-throw- 50 right, then 50 left
  • Split dodge- throw right, catch right, split dodge to left hand, throw left, catch left, split back to right hand- 50 R/50L
  • Cross handed- 50 R/50L - (one quick cradle each time)
  • Catch, fake, and throw (no cradle after fake)- 50 R/50L
  • Sidearm catch, cradle, throw; 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
  • Underhand catch, cradle, throw; 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
  • Behind the back- 50 R/50L
  • Around the world-50 R/50L
  • The “Scotty Eiseman”; face wall both hands on stick, throw underhand, wrapping stick around both legs, throw w/one and/or two hands; 25 right, then 25 left
  • Upper body only; feet are stationary
    • Facing wall, turn 90° to the right (left shoulder now faces wall); stick in RH, throw and catch across body, one quick cradle, 50 reps; stick in LH, throw and catch behind body by rotating torso to left- 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
    • Facing wall, turn 90° to the left (right shoulder now faces wall); stick in LH, throw and catch across body, one quick cradle, 50 reps; stick in RH, throw and catch behind body by rotating torso to left- 50 R/50L (one quick cradle)
    • Variation1: when throwing from behind body, catch backhanded in front of body, then cradle back behind body and throw; when throwing in front of body, catch backhanded in back of body, then cradle back to front of body and throw
    • Variation 2: try doing it one handed
